Please add our email address to your "Allowed List" if you are using an anti spam filter. Also if you are using an email address such as a Sky.com email you may need to login to your email account with Sky to check the anti spam filter as Sky email addresses are now powered by Google and our emails may initially be sent into your online email Spam Box!
